Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable:

Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

Books showing obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please Note: Longer processing times may apply for returns on items shipped from different regions.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after confirmation, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email [email protected], and we will make arrangements for pickup products.

Gifts

Items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Please note, no returns or refunds are accepted for gift items.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the provided address. Shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. If approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Processing Fees: A handling fee of 80 to 200 ZAR may be applied to cover processing.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
